Corporate Privacy Policy

Mobile messaging is a powerful interactive media and marketing delivery channel that enables companies to connect with consumers anytime, anywhere.

Trinity Mobile is a part of the mobile revolution that is changing the way people think about mobile and the marketing industry. As such, we have the utmost respect for consumer privacy, and the trusted relationship between businesses and their consumers. For this reason Trinity has a number of core beliefs that drive our business and all our business relationships

  • Consumers must Opt-in to and have an easy way to Opt-out of any mobile messaging program
  • Consumers should have easy access to information on our products, what personal information is collected, and how that personal information will be used
  • Consumer protection is at the core of our industry's growth and long term sustainability
  • Consumers should have an easy option to exercise their choice to limit the number of interactions with a promoter (brand, retailer, venue etc) and to limit the disclosure of any personal information
  • No information about the consumer should be shared with a third-party except with prior consent or in the form of aggregated data for all participants of a given mobile messaging program
  • Information about consumers should be accurate and maintained in secure, protected wall gardened system
  • Consumers should be able to communicate with any company using our solution set and with Trinity quickly and easily if they have any concerns. Full Terms & Conditions are available on this site

On top of these core beliefs Trinity adheres strictly to all the Data Protection, CAP Code, ICSTIS and Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) legislation and guidelines as well as adherence to The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as published from time to time.

Trinity wishes to avoid participation in any form of mobile or internet based spam. As part of our privacy policy, Trinity requires that all our customers adhere to our contracts, business policies and licensing agreements that ensure consumers are able to Opt-in and Opt-out of mobile messaging programmes at any time. All data and information held on any individual consumer is also held in the strictest confidence on secure servers in a secure location. We want consumers to be confident that we will not use any information given to us for purposes other than what is requested, and that our customers share this same commitment.

Consumer Opt-in

It is Trinity's policy that to participate in a program a consumer must explicitly Opt-in to that program. Trinity provides three ways to Opt-in:

  1. A consumer can send a text message in response to a promotion to a valid numeric address (such as a short code) supplied by or supported by Trinity as part of a campaign or promotion
  2. A consumer can call a IVR (voice response unit) number that will register the caller on to Trinity's messaging platform indicating the callers willingness to participate
  3. A consumer can register on a company's website that links to our messaging platform

In each case, the mobile phone number of the consumer is registered within our messaging platform as interested in participating in a particular mobile messaging program

Consumer Opt-out

Just as a consumer should Opt-in to a messaging program, they should have the right to Opt-out of a particular program. Trinity's messaging platform manages consumer Opt-out requests on a global or on a per-company basis. Trinity can provide three ways for a consumer to Opt-out:

  1. A consumer can initiate or reply to a text message requesting Opt-out
  2. A consumer can go to the company's website that links to our messaging platform and select not to participate in a particular program
  3. A consumer can go to Trinity's www.82500.com web site and manage their Opt-out process

The platform also manages consumer Opt-out requests on a global basis and is shared with all participating parties. When a consumer chooses this option, he or she will no longer receive any messages unless they were to Opt-in again using one of the mechanisms identified above.

Gathering Personal Information

From time to time and in specific cases with our customers Trinity might gather some personal information specific to participating in mobile messaging programs. The information requested may include contact and demographic information. Information supplied by consumers is voluntary and will relate to the relationship that our clients have with their consumers and will only be requested to the extent it is necessary to provide the services their consumers have requested.

Using Personal Information

Trinity may use the above information and also log IP addresses and phone numbers to analyze trends, administer the site, track consumer behaviour, and gather broad demographic information for aggregated use; provided, that such use is for internal purposes of Trinity or its affiliates or partners only.

Trinity may share aggregated, non-personal, non-individual information collectively with its partners for research purposes only. We will not share individual information regarding transactions or participation in mobile messaging programs with any third-party. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third-parties without consumers consent or as otherwise provided in this Policy.

Consent

We reserve the right to disclose any and all pertinent customer information to law enforcement or other government officials, as we believe necessary or appropriate.

Security

To help prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of visitors' information, maintain data accuracy, and to help with the appropriate use of the information, Trinity has put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect from any participation in our mobile promotions.

Trinity adheres to and complies with the Data Protection Act and industry best practice standards. We also have ISO 27001 certification for our Information Management Security System.
