Watching the dogs at Wimbledon Stadium just got a lot more rewarding. The GRA in conjunction with Trinity has launched a mobile loyalty scheme whereby visitors gain points for every visit to the stadium. Once a certain tally of points is achieved they can be redeemed for free drinks, meals or bets. The loyalty “card” is a mobile based barcoded card that is scanned on a kiosk at the entrance to the stadium. The kiosk acts as a hub for the collection and redemption of points and as a loyalty information point. Visitors can only scan for points once per session.
GRA also sends out special offers and information via text to customers on a regular basis throughout the week. Messages are often sent out as a race meeting has started if crowd levels are low or there is a need to increase visitor numbers. Incentives are then tailored to that particular session and sent out on a tailored individual basis by the Easy Text service.
